One study they did find that people who drank only plastic bottled water were ingesting an additional 90,000 microplastics per year, which seems like a lot, right? I mean, that’s like, a crazy amount of tiny plastic particles making their way into our bodies. It’s kind of gross when you think about it. But hey, what can you do, right? I guess we just have to be more mindful about what we’re putting into our bodies, like, maybe switch to a reusable water bottle or something. Just a thought.
